BELIZA BUZOLLO

I have dedicated the past 8 years exclusively to photographing the magic of queer people. Mixing high-level skill with lived experience, I aim to provide a high-quality service for the queer community that is often not accessible, producing imagery celebrating themes of queer joy, euphoria, dysphoria, gender-f*ckery, illusion, lust, kink, glamour and pride.

Beliza Buzollo, artist under QueerGarden, is a Brazilian trans photographer based in Berlin. Over the past eight years, they have documented the dynamism of queer people worldwide, from London's chaos to the sizzling beauty of Lapland, celebrating themes of euphoria, gender-fuckery, kink, glamour, and pride. Their portfolio spans queer portraiture, protests, and pride, including iconic nights like Somerset House, Horse Meat Disco, Queer House Party, Pinky Promise, WinterGarten, Voguerites, T-Boys Club etc. Their work has featured in exhibitions at TATE LATE Pride, Rankin UNSEEN, Labour of Love, and a solo show at Dalston Superstore in London. They have been published in books like Queer in London and Long Live Queer Nightlife.

Beliza also has a background in high-end post-production, having worked on imagery of countless public figures such as Elton John, Kate Moss, Madonna, Gisele Bundchen and Vogue covers. As well as worked with brands such as Swarovski, Mizuno, Lucozade, Snickers and post-produced work for fine art exhibitions (eg.: Hamiltons Gallery and Paris Photo).
